Chicken pear and mint balls

Tasha and I got busy cooking again at lunchtime yesterday.

Chicken balls

250g Minced chicken
1 Grated pear
50Breadcrumbs
Chopped mint
Pinch of dried thyme leaves
Pinch of dried oregano

Mix together, form into walnut sized balls, then fry.

They were delicious, definitely to be repeated.
